Help and support for learners

If you have a question related to learnins, face technical difficulties or want to give feedback, there are several channels which provide you with quick help. 

For general questions regarding navigation, courses, and the learnins platform, you can visit our knowledge Base – you need to be logged in for this.  

If you are logged in to your account and have a question that isn’t answered in the FAQ’s, you can always contact our support team. Just click on the support icon on the top right of your screen and select “Create new support ticket”.  

You need to enter a title for your request and select one of the topics from the dropdown. In the description you can provide additional links or information. You can also add an attachment, such as a screenshot. You will receive an answer to your question as soon as possible.


The reply from the learnins team can be found under “List all tickets” and will additionally be forwarded to you via email

If you have problems with log in or registration and can’t access your account, you can also write an email to support@learnins.org. Our support team will reply to the email as soon as possible.
