There are three options to request support. Please follow the steps below to send the support request to the learnins team.
(It is recommended to log in to the platform if you already have an account and have access to it.)
1. Are you already logged in? Then follow these
instructions:
Step one: click on the icon () on the top right of your screen and click “Ask for support”.
Step two: Now you need to enter a title for your request and select one of the topics from the dropdown. In the description you can provide additional links or information. You can also add an attachment, such as a screenshot.
The reply from the learnins team can be found under “List all tickets” and will additionally be forwarded to you via email.
2. You are still on the website and have not yet registered? Then follow these instructions:
If you have problems with log in or registration and can’t access your account, you can also send support request via the same form.
3. You are not sure? There is the additional option of contacting the support team directly by e-mail:
